Sometimes the optimal way to move forward is first to stop, look around, and make room for others, too, to move forward, as need be.
And Then What?
Though many of the yoga texts would get rid of the ego, I think we’d be pretty incohesive without one. How about seeking to have the ego in healthy balance with all aspects of the self.
Found Exhortation (With Which I Disagree)
My goal is a harmoniously engaged mind, not an empty mind (which is the goal of many yoga/meditation traditions). But if it is an emptying to allow a natural replenishment, that’s another conversation.
