It is wonderfully healthy to grow some of our own food, and taking care of ourselves with diet today became that much more important. But we still all need access to medical care too. Veggie Chili with Brown Rice and Red Cabbage and Broccoli Stem Slaw
The beans were the last of last year’s beans out of the freezer, the squash was the last of last year’s squash. Everything else was a long storage vegetable or a pantry item.
Last of the Cherry Tomatoes
Hung upside down to ripen just before the weirdly warm Christmas. They aren’t very good.
