I knew that it was going to be a busy and possibly stressful day. After sitting for meditation, I got myself out for a decent walk.
There is also another one on the south side of the footbridge to Heritage Island, as I have noticed before. Do they ever switch locations?
At one point, during this walk with a friend at the National Arboretum, four hawks were circling. I wondered what was on the ground. It was a gloriously temperate day.
