Found Exhortation

Discussion of physical aspects of yoga (on and off the mat)
Somehow the selection seems very much yoga inside the Beltway.

This would make more sense to me without the pronouns (and specific theism), but otherwise it has some resonance.

Long time neighbors and participants in the rose garden yoga posse, who have now retired and are moving to be nearer children and grandchildren, gave me their yard sign.
I will miss them for practice and around the neighborhood. I like, if they must go, that I will think of them fondly every time I come home to this exhortation and its call to practice.

I interrupted a work conversation with a colleague for us to watch the light and have a moment of awe.

Although incorporation of practice (and the mindset of making everything a dedicated practice) ideally becomes routine, actually practicing should be a never routine, freshly curious, heartfelt engagement. In that regard, I try not to get inured to seeing the signs in the neighborhood.
