Do you ever pause and think about how amazing it is to be able to get jet lag. It is, after all, the result of moving so quickly through space that one becomes disoriented in time.

The rose is just starting to bloom, the pansies are thriving with the cool, wet weather. These would not have made it through the coming rains, and it is sweet to have some inside blossoms in these times (and I am grateful for such privilege).
I confess my ignorance: no information comes to mind in connection with the name, Samuel Gompers. Maybe later, if I have another reason to be at the computer, I will remember to look him up. But I would rather spend the afternoon dancing.

I’m sure by now, some of you have noticed that Uma, the goddess who is all of the goddesses (as is Kali but in a different way), is, at least when transliterated, an acronym for Aum.
