Trishula
The trishula represents all the philosophical threesomes:
sat cit ananda (being, consciousness, bliss);
iccha, jnana, kriya (will, knowledge, action);
siva and shakti and the dance of relationship between the two.The me and the you and the us–for where there are two ones there is also the third and all the play (lila) and pulsation (spanda) that is part of the dance cosmic and divine and personal.

Did you ever take photography classes? Your composition and framing is strong. I’m amazed at the images you’ve gotten from what looks like just a cell phone camera.
I’m curious to know what you’d produce with something a bit more high fidelity. The reason I mention this is that someone from Meeting got in touch with me yesterday. She wants to use the picture of the rose garden you took outside the Meetinghouse. As you’ll recall, it became a prominent and beautiful part of the postcards now mailed out to visitors.
Thanks for your contributions, as always.
