Maitri and the Cloudy and Clear-Headed Buddhas (All of Whom Wanted to Be Outside Today)

Finding interest and gratitude in the small things.

The rose is just starting to bloom, the pansies are thriving with the cool, wet weather. These would not have made it through the coming rains, and it is sweet to have some inside blossoms in these times (and I am grateful for such privilege).

The young leaves of the Shasta daisy can be eaten like salad greens.

Yesterday I participated in a practice led my brilliant activist friend Reggie (@oreggieglobal).
Class by Zoom doesn’t have quite the same bhavana as in person, but part of living yoga is adapting to the circumstances at hand.
Reggie demonstrates grounding to soar.
