For a Moment, Pause
There is much yet to be done–nearly half supported more viciousness and vitriol. But for now, a pause and a recognition of the efforts that have been devoted thus far. Tomorrow I will ask myself, as I do on a regular and evolving basis, how next can I best contribute?

Yesterday, I had the good fortune to be able to attend a workshop with Desiree Rumbaugh at Dig Yoga.
Desiree asked what inspires our commitment to practice. For me, it is that practicing consistently helps me feel better in this embodiment and puts me into a space from which I can better face what comes. What keeps you committed to your practice, whatever that practice might be?

Cherry tomatoes and scotch bonnet peppers from the garden; high protein bread (used both pulp from homemade soy-rice milk and sourdough starter). Gardening and cooking are a grounding practice I am grateful to have.
