Today I numbly and rather inefficiently worked. It was rather pleasant weather when I went out at lunchtime. I remembered to notice, despite contemplating the innumerable consequences of the election and about how I can and should best participate going forward.

I do enjoy the manner in which you have presented this specific challenge plus it does give me personally some fodder for thought. However, through just what I have witnessed, I really trust as other comments pile on that people today continue to be on point and in no way embark on a soap box regarding some other news of the day.
Along with everything that appears to be building within this specific area, your opinions are generally rather exciting. On the other hand, I beg your pardon, but I do not subscribe to your entire suggestion, all be it radical none the less. It’s rare that I feel the need to check the weather before leading my practice group into savasana, but tonight I did. Knowing how long it would take the last person to get home, I checked again as everyone gathered their things. There was just enough time if we did not tarry.
After meditating and breakfast this morning and before meditating more, I took a walk along the short trail on the grounds. I saw several rabbits and some chipmunk/gerbil-like creatures, many different kinds of birds, and a small lizard. Though there were lots of holes on the path, I did not see any snakes, though we have been warned repeatedly to be careful of rattlesnakes, which abound here. To my disappointment, I did not see any members of the bobcat family that had showed themselves to some of the people who had arrived a day early.
