State of the Garden
I communicate with the Murtis when I am out on the garden and also with the plants and other living beings. The volunteer squash are outrageously happy at the moment. On the balcony, Crow has discovered the strawberries and the fig tree.

Signs Around Town (and Regret)
Regret nothing.
Regret is nothing.
Regret no thing.
Is regret nothing?
Is regret no thing?What a shift in perspective we can make by looking at something or saying something or thinking about something just a little differently than we have before.
Regret will undoubtedly arise on its own. But can we ultimately release regret so it is nothing to us and our ability to move on in the best way we can? That is one of our most important endeavors in growing and practicing and engaging life (engaging in life).

A Thanksgiving Gathering
A friend, who is on the board of directors, invited me to help set up and serve Thanksgiving dinner at the Latin American Youth Center. I took this afternoon off instead of tomorrow afternoon and helped out. I met several inspiring people and many kids who like cookies.
There’s a lot of art on the walls and some poetry. This reminded me of how grateful I am for what I have and where I am in life.
