Lunch Time Walk
I was all caught up in my work. For my health, for my continuing ability to work at my fullest, I went out for a walk and enjoyed the flowers.

Rescue Plants (Quarantine Companions)
I found a couple of plants shivering on the sidewalk last week. They seem to be recovering nicely. I divided several plants over the holiday period, and repotted others. I find the plants help me stay inside.

Tapas, Sadhana, Demons, and Us
In the yoga stories, all of those who work, who commit to the arduous practices get boons, including the demons. If it looks like the demons are winning the day because of their efforts, the only way to change the game is to commit and surrender more deeply to our own work and practice.
