A Beautiful Day
I gave the state of the world some of my efforts and attention, but mostly I enjoyed a free day. I took a pleasant flow/yin class at Be Here Now on 8th Street, walked down to the river and then extended my walk in a long loop through the neighborhood to admire the fall foliage. Nests have become visible as the trees lose their leaves.
That I Can Practice
Is a mark of privilege. I know that and give from there.
Say Their Names
As if–like chanting–you are saying the names of the divine. For if there is anything such as divinity, it is the spark in each and every one.
