To understand anything fully, we must know both the why and the how, to explore the meaning and the experience. Though I was taught this in connection with meditation, it applies to most anything wants both to feel fully and to be able to repeat and to communicate.

Feedback
It’s sweet to give and receive feedback. This week I’m focused on asking people to buy stamps (please do all of you who live in the United States). I commented on a number of posts about the threat to the postal service, suggesting people buy stamps, including a post by John Pavlovitz. Seeing this story helped buoy my resolve to keep speaking out. BTW, there are some very cool stamps available.
Walking to Work
Whatever the season, I notice the beauty on my walk to work. I see what remains the same and what changes. I invite the sweetness I feel arising spontaneously from my daily walks though the neighborhood, which, familiar as they are, still feel like vision quests, to come into how I experience the rest of my encounters with the world.
