Tuesday  All Levels 6:30 pm – 7:45 pm at William Penn House, 515 East Capitol St, see Suggested contribution:  $12-15, but no one is turned away due to limited means, only pay what you can.   100% of the proceeds for every student attending supports the workcamp projects of William Penn House.  Regrets cash only.

Class conducted group practice style. Modifications and alternatives offered for all students as needed to make the poses more accessible or more challenging depending on your level. We now have plenty of blocks, straps, and blankets, and tennis balls, making this all levels class even more accessible to newcomers and those with challenges of embodiment, while still providing opportunity to grow for intermediate to advanced students.

Limited number of loaner mats, so please bring your own mat, as well as any other props for which you prefer having your own.  If you have any old mats or props that you no longer use, feel free to bring them along to share with those who don’t have their own.

Elizabeth’s Travel Schedule.  On the rare occasions I’m out of town, there’s still a practice led by one of many talented regular practitioners.  India trip anticipated for October 2017.
